Harbour Healthcare in Allerton Lodge, Liverpool, is seeking a Qualified Home Manager to lead a 70-bed dementia and general nursing home. You will drive operational excellence, support a dedicated team and ensure CQC standards and person-centred care are consistently delivered.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years as a Home Manager, strong leadership skills, and a track record of compliant, high-quality care. A £2000 joining bonus is offered.
