Head of Ticketing & Revenue Strategy

Swansea City AFC is seeking a Head of Ticketing to lead the club’s ticketing strategy and revenue performance. The role requires strategic ownership of pricing, yield, inventory, forecasting, customer segmentation and reporting, working with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

You will manage the Ticketing Manager, build robust commercial models, and ensure data-driven decisions optimise revenue and enhance the supporter experience in a high-volume environment.
