Birth Injury Solicitor – Hybrid Work, Senior Grade

Fletchers Solicitors Limited in Reading seeks a Solicitor Grade B/C (or equivalent) to join the Birth Injury/Clinical Negligence team. You will independently manage a varied clinical negligence caseload while collaborating with a supportive team in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence, excellent drafting and client-care skills, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers within a flexible, socially engaged firm culture.
