Senior Staff Nurse: Lead, Mentor & Deliver Outstanding Patient Care

Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £46,000 depending on experience and includes weekend work.

You will lead by example, supervise junior staff, mentor colleagues, and ensure excellent patient care with strong clinical skills and autonomy. You’ll also contribute to rotas, recruitment, induction and training to uphold high standards.
