Back of House Supervisor – Luxury Hotel, Training & Benefits

The Ritz London is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to join our Back of House team. You will assist the Chief Steward in running the department and supervise stillroom attendants, stewards, contractors, kitchen porters, and agency staff.

You will help deliver induction and training, ensuring all tasks are performed to the hotel's exacting standards and with a polished, professional approach for every guest.
