You will manage a portfolio of leasehold properties and work with leaseholders, resident directors, contractors and internal teams to ensure properties are well maintained and issues are resolved.
This hands-on role offers ownership and autonomy within a supportive team, with hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH after probation) and a salary of £35,000–£40,000+ DOE.
