Compliance Officer

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Contract Compliance Assistant to join our growing team at Koda Staff.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with administration, compliance, finance, or operations experience who wants to develop a long-term career within a fast-growing business operating across Europe and the US.

While the role includes some finance responsibilities, the primary focus is contract compliance and contractor management . We already have well-established compliance processes in place, so this is less about building processes from scratch and more about taking ownership of existing compliance operations, ensuring they run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently .

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining contract compliance for our growing contractor workforce across Europe and the US.
• Taking ownership of existing compliance processes and ensuring all documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Conducting compliance checks and supporting audits where required.
• Monitoring contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
• Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and clients, delivering a first-class service experience.
• Preparing compliance reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and month-end finance activities.
• Monitoring contract values, agreed rates, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.

What We're Looking For

• 12-24 months' experience in an administrative, compliance, finance, legal, or operations-based role.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good numerical ability and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, contracts, or compliance environments is advantageous but not essential.
