Our client is looking for an experienced Agriculture Director to join a growing Agricultural Finance team, supporting farmers, landowners and rural businesses across the UK.
This is a remote-based role, with flexibility to work from home while regularly meeting customers and engaging with the agricultural community across your region.
The Role
Manage and develop an established portfolio of agricultural customers.
Build strong, long-term relationships with farmers, landowners and rural businesses.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Use your agricultural and commercial knowledge to identify opportunities and provide insight.
Work with senior agricultural and wider business teams to deliver growth.
Represent the organisation within the local agricultural community.
Maintain a strong focus on risk, compliance and responsible lending.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience within the UK agricultural sector.
Background in agricultural finance, banking or a related environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong commercial, analytical and financial skills, including financial statement analysis and modelling.
Good understanding of risk and compliance.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across your region.
