Salaried GP

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and welcoming team at Mere Surgery, recently rated top GP surgery in Wiltshire by the Patient Satisfaction Survey and serving a patient population of approximately 5100 patients.

The post will be for 4 sessions per week, two sessions worked on Monday and further two sessions either worked over one / two days with degree of flexibility around the exact sessional timetable where possible.

Our core practice team consists of 4 GPs and an experienced Healthcare team including nurses and Healthcare/General Practice Assistants supported by our wider clinical and administrative teams. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment, with a strong sense of community within the practice.

As a smaller practice, we are able to offer a more personal approach to patient care, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and developing positive relationships with our patients. We retain the feel of a traditional family practice whilst embracing new ideas and adapting to the changing needs of general practice.

We would welcome the opportunity for a newly qualified GP under the NQGP Scheme or GPs with special interests to join us.
