Facilities Manager – South East London – £40,000 to £45,000 – Permanent

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a permanent opportunity within an established secondary school?

TLTP Education is currently working with a well-established secondary school in South East London who are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the school site.

The school provides a positive and well-structured environment for students and staff, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-managed site.

The successful Facilities Manager will:

• Have previous experience in facilities, premises or estates management
• Ideally have experience working within a school or education setting
• Be organised and able to manage the day-to-day running of a busy site
• Have experience managing contractors and external suppliers
• Have a good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
• Be proactive, practical and confident dealing with maintenance issues
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
