London Nootropics is seeking an entry-level Customer Happiness Executive to be the voice of the brand across support channels. You’ll help customers get the most from our adaptogenic coffee blends, resolve queries with empathy, and contribute to loyalty and retention efforts.
You’ll work with a collaborative CX team, operations and marketing, improving journeys and shaping our tone of voice while growing with the company. Hybrid working begins after probation, based in Angel, London.
