Contract Recruiter

You know how to run a contract desk. You don’t need someone watching your call numbers or telling you how to recruit.

What you need is a market with serious growth, plenty of opportunity and a business that gives you the freedom to go after it.

We’re looking for experienced contract recruiters to join DataX Connect, specialising exclusively in the global data centre market .

What’s in it for you?

• Uncapped commission with no threshold
• Access to data centre markets across the UK, Europe and US
• Realistic KPIs focused on performance rather than pointless activity
• Autonomy to build and grow your own contract book
• Opportunities to travel and meet customers internationally
• Clear progression into Principal, leadership and Director-level routes
• Dedicated L&D and performance support
• 3pm finishes on Fridays
• £50 monthly wellbeing allowance
• Regular incentives and recognition
• A business that gives good recruiters room to recruit

You’ll be developing relationships with organisations across the data centre industry, winning new business and building a profitable contract book in a market where investment and demand continue to create opportunities.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit on an established desk and wait for roles to land.

We want someone commercial, ambitious and comfortable creating their own opportunities , someone who gets a genuine buzz from watching their contractor book and earnings grow.
