Position Title: Lead Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director

Functions of the Role:

• Fully support both clients and candidates (360 role)
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions
• Identify New Business Opportunities and negotiate terms with New clients
• Qualifying candidates to determine if they are a strong fit for clients' positions
• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates

Skills They Look For:

• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Very resilient

This role is Hybrid within their London office.

• Industry Leading Uncapped Commission + Base Salary
