Produce illustrations, run calculations, and gather technical information required to support robust and suitable advice recommendations.
Prepare and submit pre-sale and triage cases, ensuring all documentation and supporting information is complete, accurate, and clearly presented to enable efficient approval.
Own and manage case progression, working collaboratively with Advisers, Client Executives, Paraplanners, and external providers to resolve queries, maintain momentum, and meet agreed timelines.

High attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Advisers, clients, and third parties
