They are now looking for a Recruitment Professional who wants to take their career in a pure business development direction — shaping new client relationships, expanding market share and becoming a key commercial voice within a high‑performing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading strategic BD activity across your specialist market.
• Opening new client relationships and nurturing long‑term partnerships.
• Driving commercial growth across the business' established and emerging sectors.
• Working closely with senior leadership to influence business development strategy.
• Representing a respected brand with strong delivery capability and national reach across frontline, operational and executive roles.
• Building a high‑value portfolio with full autonomy and support.

Our client is looking for a recruitment leader who is ambitious and loves the commercial side of recruitment.
