BASIC SALARY

£45,000 - £50,000

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting a talented and driven individual who possesses the capacity and winning potential to stand out from the crowd.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
Full training, development and mentoring provided.
You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You will be an ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, or an established medical or surgical sales representative.
Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
A first-class networker, and relationship-builder.
Seeking to progress your sales career in a top-flight company, and in an Oncology surgical hospital sales environment.
