The Firm & Team

• Diverse client portfolio, including funders, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and professional consultants.
• Involvement in a wide variety of high-value and high-profile projects across sectors such as education, residential, leisure, and sport.
• The team advises on mediations, adjudications, arbitration, litigation, and all forms of ADR.
• Exposure to complex work on both a national and international scale.

The Role

• The construction team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters; however, this particular opportunity is focused on contentious construction.
• Those interested in maintaining a mixed caseload can also be supported.
• You’ll work closely with a respected team of construction specialists on a broad range of disputes, with excellent partner access and mentoring.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction).
• Minimum of 4 years' PQE, with solid experience in contentious construction matters.
• Experience in professional negligence claims would be advantageous.
• Strong team player with a commitment to excellent client service.
• Confident in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships, while developing new business opportunities.
