Business Analyst in Capital Markets

• Analyze the functional and technical differences between Calypso v18 and v19 and assess their impact across business processes
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for the upgrade
• Work with front-, middle-, and back-office users to understand workflows and identify affected areas
• Support gap analysis for functionality, workflows, and integrations
• Liaise with development, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the upgrade lifecycle
• Define and support test scenarios and test cases and coordinate UAT
• Assist with defect triage, resolution tracking, and regression testing
• Document changes to configuration, workflows, and reporting
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities where required
• Provide post-implementation support and hypercare

Требования

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Calypso environments
• Strong knowledge of multiple Calypso modules, including Trade Capture, Market Data, Risk, Collateral, Settlements, and Accounting
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and derivatives/treasury products
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and test coordination
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Nice to have: Direct experience with Calypso version upgrades, especially v18 to v19
