Senior Sales Assistant — Lead In-Store Team & Sales

Dr. Martens in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for 30 hours per week to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support store operations in the absence of managers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers, drive sales, and help with day-to-day tasks to keep the store running smoothly. You will lead by example, coach junior colleagues, and maintain brand standards while handling till duties and complex enquiries.
