The Isle of Man Government is recruiting a Training and Service Development Manager for Adult Learning Disability Services. You will shape workforce strategy, lead learning and development, recruitment and retention initiatives, and drive improvement projects to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Working with senior leaders, you will develop innovative workforce solutions, strengthen organisational culture and support meaningful improvements across public services on the Isle of Man.
