Shop Supervisor: Fresh Food & Guest Experience Lead

Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our growing team. You will help supervise daily store operations, prepare fresh sandwiches and food items to our standards, and provide excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role offers a 39-hour week over five days, with a starting pay of £13.00 per hour and flexible hours where possible, plus a strong training programme and clear progression opportunities within the business.
