Prison Counsellor: IAPT 1:1 & Group Therapy

Rethink Mental Illness invites applications for a Counsellor role based at HMP Millsike, Full Sutton, York. You will deliver brief 1:1 and group counselling within an integrated prison mental health team, following Step 2 IAPT guidance and aiming to reduce reoffending.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, you will assess risk, monitor progress with PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and maintain high‑quality records. Travel may be required occasionally.
