HFG is a specialist recruitment business focused on the insurance market. We work with some of the UK's leading insurers, brokers, Lloyd’s businesses and insurance technology organisations, connecting them with exceptional talent across the industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Change & Technology team, working across a growing market with a strong pipeline of opportunities.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Change & Technology team, you’ll build and manage relationships with both clients and candidates, specialising in roles across areas such as:

Data & Analytics
Business Change & Transformation
Digital
Cyber & Information Security
Change Management

You’ll have responsibility for developing your own market, winning new business, managing existing client relationships and delivering high-quality candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a couple of years experience in one or more of the following areas:

Data & Analytics recruitment
Technology / IT recruitment
Change & Transformation recruitment

Insurance recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your recruitment track record, commercial mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
