Airswift is growing and we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Manchester team as Recruitment Consultants. We have opportunities across both permanent and contract recruitment, offering a genuine 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong client and candidate relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within your market.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Qualify candidates and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions across permanent and contract hiring requirements.
• Negotiate offers and support successful placements.
• Represent Airswift's full suite of workforce solutions in client-facing and internal environments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across global teams to deliver outstanding results.
