My client is a medium sized recruiter who have a number of banches around the midlands and are a global leader in recruitment and workforce solutions, dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity. They are now looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant who has a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience to join their industrial team in their established Stoke on Trent branch and play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth through innovative sales strategies and enhanced client relationships.

Your responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial recruitment sector within the temps market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with branches to maximise client engagement and revenue potential. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial targets. Foster long-term client partnerships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.

They are seeking an accomplished industrial recruitment professional who has a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience and who has a genuine passion for sales and client engagement. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and winning Industrial A-Z temp business, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.

If you have a proven track record as a 360 Recruiter within the recruitment Industry and ideally within the Industrial manufacturing sectors we want to hear from you, however we will consider good 360 recruiters from other sector's.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Take the initiative to explore and identify promising business opportunities within the industrial sector. Engage in comprehensive market research to understand emerging trends, and implement well-structured strategic plans aimed at targeting potential clients. Secure new contracts by demonstrating the value of their offerings and fostering trust with prospective partners.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor actions to uncover new avenues for revenue growth particularly within the industrial/manufacturing sectors.
