Shop Supervisor - Lead Team, Fresh Food & Service Excellence

Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead a friendly team in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will prepare fresh ingredients, serve customers, and help drive sales while upholding quality and hygiene standards.

We offer a competitive £13.00 per hour, a 39-hour week across five days, and flexible working hours where possible, plus a company pension, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and extensive training and progression opportunities.
