Lead Business Analyst - Policy / Claims - Insurance - City, London
Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite, 3 days remotely
Our client, a global insurance company, are looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst with recent experience working in Commercial Insurance / London Market and exposure to Policy and Claims Admin solutions as an ESSENTIAL requirement.
As the Lead Business Analyst you will have good exposure to the full IT project lifecyle: project initiation through to implementation and be hands-on technically.
The Lead Business Analyst will:-
Lead change initiatives, ensuring that technical architecture decisions support business objectives and engage with business stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure security, infrastructure, architecture governance, design authority, technical assurance and architectural leadership consideration are embedded into project planning, solution design and implementation activities
Coordinate and oversee the work of business analysts, testing resources and external vendors across multiple projects.
