We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing new branch.

This is an opportunity to become part of a business at an exciting stage of its development, with a large geographical area to service and significant potential to build a successful and profitable desk.

The Role

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business, building strong client relationships and generating profitable growth.

2. Proactively approach prospective clients
3. Attend client meetings and site visits
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
5. Generate and manage vacancies
6. Source and manage suitable candidates
7. Develop a profitable recruitment desk
8. Consistently achieve agreed targets and objectives

About You

We are looking for someone experienced and ambitious who can hit the ground running. You will be excited by bonus and results and comfortable with sales and business development.

We have great colleagues here at Interaction and you will be surrounded by talented recruiters.

The Package

1. £30,000-£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
2. Exceptional commission structure
3. Company car or car allowance
4. Modern new office with excellent transport links
5. Large geographical territory with significant scope for development
6. Strong support from an established recruitment business
7. Excellent opportunities for progression as the branch continues to grow

All applications and initial conversations will be treated in the strictest confidence.
