Recruitment Consultant

Change Your Path. Own Your Future.
Location: Gosport | Start Self-Employed | £25K + Uncapped Commission After Training

What if the next 12 weeks changed everything?

No more watching others win. No more waiting for opportunity. This is your time to step up, break out of the average, and build something that belongs to you.

At Valoris Group , were not hiring seat fillers were building a team of future leaders. Were scaling fast, and our Gosport office is your launchpad. Whether you want to dominate new business or become a go-to recruiter for top talent, this is where your journey starts.

Were offering two clear routes :

Business Development : You'll open doors, win new clients, and close deals.

Candidate Delivery : You'll source, qualify, and place the best talent in the market.

Whichever path you take, the playbook is written, the tools are in place, and the blueprint for success is ready. We just need the right person to run with it.

The First 12 Weeks:
You'll start self-employed on a commission-only structure. Sounds bold? It is. But that's why the rewards are real. Many of our consultants earn £2K–£6K in their first month alone . You'll be backed by elite-level training from a mentor with over £1M in billings, and well give you full access to cutting-edge tools: premium CRM, AI support, automation tech the kind of setup most agencies cant touch.

By the end of the 12 weeks, if you've got what it takes, you'll be offered a permanent role: £25K base, uncapped commission, full benefits, and a seat at the table .

Why This Isn't Just Another Job:
Because this is the start of a career you control. Because you'll learn how to build real income, develop real influence, and create options most people don't even know exist. Because if you perform, you wont just work in the business you'll become a partner in it, earning a share of Valoris Group within 3 to 12 months.

Youll Have:

• Flexi-time work the hours that get results
• Early finishes, dress-down culture, real-life balance
• A team-first, no-nonsense environment that drives performance
• Tools that give you the edge over 90% of recruiters out there
• Long-term career progression, company equity, gym membership, healthcare, and more

This is for you if:

• You want more than a wage you want a win
• You're coachable, competitive, and confident
• You're done playing small and ready to bet on yourself
• You're not afraid to start fast, fail fast, and learn even faster
• You want to be respected, rewarded, and part of a growing company that recognises real value

Were not promising it'll be easy. But we are promising it'll be worth it.

Because what's waiting for you on the other side isn't just a job its a life with more choice, more freedom, and a career you actually believe in.

If you've got the guts to start, well give you everything you need to finish strong.
