£26,500-£40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (receive up to 40% of billings, realistically £30k-£75k on top of basic salary in year 1) + many more benefits

Henderson Scott's Legal Division is well regarded and respected in London and continues to grow - and we're now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing London Legal team , based in our modern Borough offices , moments from The Shard .

You’ll be joining a mature, successful Legal recruitment function , working alongside experienced consultants who recruit across private practice and in-house legal markets . This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop within a credible, professional legal brand , supported by strong leadership, active clients, established candidate relationships and an expert understanding of the London legal recruitment market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a 360 Legal recruitment desk
• Supporting law firms and in-house legal teams across London and the South
• Working live roles and developing client relationships
• Building strong candidate networks within your legal market
• Learning from senior consultants while developing your own desk

You’ll be supported to grow at the right pace, with clear expectations and the backing of an experienced Legal leadership team.
