Nurse Clinical Deputy Manager – Elderly Care Home
£50,000–£60,000
Florin Healthcare in East Sussex seeks a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to lead clinical services in a nursing and dementia care home. You will support the Home Manager, ensure high standards of care, and work in partnership with other professionals to maintain safe, compliant practice.
You must be a qualified nurse, have experience in elderly nursing, show strong leadership, and be prepared for a fully supernumerary role. The post is 40 hours per week with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 DOE.
