Senior Associate, Financial Services Documentation

• Review agreements and handle escalations for a new project team
• Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest quality standards
• Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Proactively manage and monitor deliverable execution and status
• Assist with project critical paths, dependencies, and contingencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee adherence to Factor methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Review large volumes of contracts efficiently and accurately
• Read complex agreements, including financial services documents, and analyze and extract key information
• Lead and train contract review teams and implement best practices
• Communicate with clients professionally and warmly
• Operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment to meet client expectations
• Contribute to Factor’s proprietary intellectual property in Managed Contracts Services
• Work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
• Embod Factor’s core values and contribute to its culture

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Independent experience drafting and negotiating end-to-end ISDA, CSA and Repo agreements
• Client-facing experience within a Professional Services firm and strong focus on client needs
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in individual and collaborative team environments
• High-impact communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Legal eligibility to work in the country in which the role is located
• Prime Brokerage experience (desirable)
• MS Project experience (highly advantageous)
• Adaptable, authentic, accountable, and values-driven approach
• Team-player orientation and personal leadership
