• Recruitment Cycle: Manage everything from winning new business to sourcing candidates, interviews, offers, and closing deals.
• Talent Search: Find and register candidates, match them to roles, and ensure vacancies are filled quickly.
• Relationship Building: Grow strong client and candidate connections to create new opportunities.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to drive success and share achievements.
