About You

As FCM’s newest Business Travel Consultant, you will combine your passion for the industry, alternative mindset and diverse operational knowledge to deliver top-notch service for your clients. You will ensure their business travel is simpler, safer, more productive and an overall great experience for their employees.

You will have a desire for learning, consistently think ahead to identify business needs and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies. You will bring your energy, passion and ‘think different’ attitude to any challenge and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - working both independently and in a team environment.

This role is for 37.5 hours a week, with the team covering the hours of 08:00-20:00. You'll work shift rotations 08:00-16:00, 09:30-18:00 and 11:30-20:00.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and travel support to corporate clients.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings and travel-related enquiries.
• Provide efficient and accurate travel solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, travel requirements, and best practices.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and client expectations.
• Support coverage across rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Key Qualifications

• GDS systems experience – Amadeus is desirable but not essential
• Industry and travel knowledge
• Strong customer focus and service ethics
• Positive and open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt
