Vanta Staffing is seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to lead our Office & Commercial desk across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. This is a genuine 360 role with autonomy to build your desk and cross-sell with our Driving and Industrial divisions.

You’ll recruit across administration, customer service, finance, HR, sales and marketing, developing client relationships and delivering high-quality permanent placements. A strong billing track record is essential.
