Senior Recruitment Consultant - London Nurseries (Birstall Based WF17)

Batley, United Kingdom |

Nexter recruits great nursery staff for great nurseries.

Nexter is young early years recruitment specialist set up in 2024. Our Yorkshire desk is established, and growing at a clip. London is our next major commercial footprint.

We already have dedicated London Business Development on the ground feeding in client meetings and high volumes of inbound permanent vacancies. • Tenacity & Presence: A natural leader on the phone who sets the tempo in the office, hunts out non-trading nurseries, and brings infectious commercial drive.
• Grit: You thrive in building books of business and out-servicing sluggish corporate competitors.

The Package

• Strong base salary (£32k-£35k based on proven billing history).
• Uncapped commission structure.
