Family Support & Advocacy Manager (Scale 3)

Pact is recruiting a Family Engagement Manager for HMP High Down to support prisoners and their families with advice, guidance and learning opportunities. You will build referral pathways, advocate for families, and manage a caseload in a multi-agency environment.

You will coordinate services, ensure safeguarding best practices, and foster partnerships across agencies to improve outcomes for families affected by imprisonment.
