Mode Labs is building an autonomous opto-chemical sensing platform and seeks a commercially credible leader to steer the transition from trials to repeatable revenue. You will own the commercial strategy, pricing, marketing, CRM and forecasting, and work closely with the CEO, CTO and product teams to shape roadmaps.
You will start as a senior individual contributor with a plan to build and lead a broader commercial team as sales scale, driving UK expansion and new markets.
