Omega in Gloucestershire is seeking a Senior Quality professional to join as Head of Quality, responsible for heading up the entire UK quality function including AS9100 QMS, and overseeing product quality, inspection, and supplier and customer quality issues.
The role requires deep aerospace regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and proven capability to drive CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement as the business scales.
