Head of Marine & Vetting — Tanker & Bulk Fleets

Zodiac Maritime is seeking a Head of Marine and Vetting to lead marine assurance, vetting, and navigational standards across its bulk and tanker fleets in London. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, focusing on safety, compliance, and fleet employability.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage Vetting, PSC readiness, SIRE/CDI/RightShip, and liaise with Chartering and Commercial teams to optimise fleet utilisation and protect asset value.
