Global Employment Tax Director — Hybrid

Vialto is seeking an Employment Tax Director to serve as a senior strategic advisor to multinational clients on employment tax and social security matters. You will lead complex engagements, drive growth, and build relationships with executive stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, and tax functions.

You will mentor teams, contribute to practice leadership, and help shape the Employment Tax practice’s strategic direction in a hybrid London setting.
