Chestnut is seeking a General Manager for Titchwell Manor, a coastal hotel, bar, terrace and restaurant in North Norfolk. You will lead front and back of house teams and partner with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, wine and service in a premium, relaxed setting.
The role requires a visible, commercially-minded host who can oversee weddings and private events, set intuitive service standards, manage room revenue and costs, and build a team culture guests and staff want to stay for.
