The Role
- Join an established Employment team as a Senior Associate, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.
- Manage a broad and technically varied caseload across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Advise a diverse employer client base including SMEs, major corporates, PLCs and public sector organisations.
- Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation alongside strategic advisory matters.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients while building your own profile and network.
- Play an active role in business development, pitches and wider marketing initiatives.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Work collaboratively with Employment colleagues across the wider firm.

You
- An experienced Employment Solicitor ready to operate at Senior Associate level.
- Strong experience across employment advisory and contentious matters.
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
- Able to build strong and commercially focused relationships with employer clients.
- An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.
- Commercial, personable and comfortable working collaboratively within a wider team.
