Senior Oncology Nurse Leader – Ward & Teaching

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for Horder Ward. This role supports the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse in managing a twelve-bed oncology ward, coordinating shifts and developing a small nursing team to meet complex patient needs.

The post requires enthusiasm for team development, ongoing learning with the Trust's learning and development team, and opportunities to study at the Royal Marsden Hospital School of Cancer Nursing and Rehabilitation on site in Chelsea.
