BIM Lead

BIM Lead - Contract Opportunity - Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM compliance, assurance and quality control across projects.
• Manage asset information, CDE processes and digital handover.
• Oversee model audits, coordination and overall model performance.
• Manage Revit and IFC models, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
• Manage model publishing and information exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Provide advanced Revit support, including troubleshooting and family creation.
• Review BEPs and project BIM requirements.
• Provide BIM and Revit guidance, support and mentoring to project teams.
• Work closely with clients, BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure effective BIM delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements to BIM standards, workflows and digital processes.

Essential Experience

We are looking for a proactive BIM professional with:

• Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
• Strong experience in BIM assurance, model auditing and quality control.
• Experience managing asset information and working within CDE environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring BIM teams.
• Good knowledge of COBie and IFC standards.
• Hands-on experience with ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
• Own Revit licence.
