Boutique Shop Manager – Luxury Fashion & Charity Impact

Cats Protection in Glasgow is seeking a Shop Manager to lead one of our Boutique charity shops. You will deliver an elevated retail experience, balancing exceptional customer service with our compassionate mission and sustainable style.

You will own shop income, expenditure and operating profit budgets, while guiding a team and volunteers to achieve targets within the Retail Performance framework. The role requires weekend rota work and a 37.5-hour week.
