Global Private Markets Counsel – Funds & Compliance

Adams Street Partners seeks a Legal Counsel to join its global Legal & Compliance team. The role focuses on coordinating, structuring and negotiating private equity/credit fund documentation, while managing corporate matters and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will engage with internal stakeholders, advise on fund launches and amendments, and ensure compliance with AIFMD II, FCA, and other regimes as Adams Street expands into new markets.
