Mid‑Market M&A Origination Leader – Business Services

Consult is seeking a Corporate Finance Managing Director for its Business Services practice. This role focuses on originating mid-market M&A mandates and expanding sector coverage through strong relationships with business owners, management teams, PE investors and corporates.

You will lead M&A engagements from origination to execution, build long‑term client relationships, and collaborate across national and international teams to create opportunities across service lines.
