People Partner — HR & Employee Experience

Westminster School in London is seeking an experienced People Partner to deliver a proactive, high-quality people service across the School, working with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, recruitment, wellbeing and engagement.

The role supports safeguarding and compliance with employment law and school policies, collaborates with the People and Payroll team, and helps create an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture across both Great School and Under School.
