Benefits Compensation is tax-free at £168,000 – £194,666, structured for long-term retention. Housing, relocation costs, and premium health cover are provided from day one. The DoH licensing route is set out in writing before you commit; the application is made by you and activated by the appointing entity. Long-term stability, paid leave, and flights home round out the package.
